Packed Weekend

This weekend I seemed to pack in a little more than I usually do. But it was all really good stuff. Thanks everyone!

Friday: Keli coordinated to have a soup dinner at my house. We enjoyed pina coladas in coconut cups. I had made some bread bowls... most of them didn't look too good, but a few of them turned out. Keli's cookies got rave reviews. There was much laughter. I made an opportunity to play body twister (something I try to do at least once a year!) We stayed up late... talking about boys. Sorry we didn't get in a movie!
Saturday: Early Sat morning I had the privilege of being at JJ and Laura's wedding at the DC Temple. They may have picked one of the coldest days of the year, but it definitely warmed my heart to see them so happy. I was going to go to the RS ice skating activity, but since I was already frozen, I opted to go home, and take a nap. I just had three more activities Saturday evening - Sarah's Bridal Shower, JJ and Laura's wedding reception, and Scott's 50th Birthday Party. Yeah for weddings. On the way to the reception, I was privy to an awesome sunset.
Sunday: We planned a combined birthday party for me, Erin and Marissa. Unfortunately Sam has been so sick, so Erin wasn't able to make it. It was a good group from Belle Haven for Soup and Games. Thanks so much for everyone who contributed.

Sorry I missed your party! I stayed out at my mom's on Sunday. Looks fun!
