Local Lighthouses - Havre De Grace, MD

It was a little breezy, but a great day to go out to see the Fishing Battery Island Lighthouse. We also got to see the Turkey Point and Concord Point lighthouses from the water. We went on the Skipjack Martha Lewis and were able to help raise the sail on the oyster-dredging boat. I learned a lot about the Chesapeake Bay, John Donahoo (the lighthouse builder), and my new friend, James.
