Montezuma Castle, Montezuma Well, Devil's Bridge, Canyon Lake, a new friend, and great times.
It was a little wet this weekend. I was so excited to try out a new tent. Turns out it leaks. Not so exciting anymore.
A little about the Montezuma Well. "Subterranean spring of warm water replenish the well with over a million and a half gallons of water a day: an amount unvarying, apparently, since prehistoric times. The water maintains an even temperature of 76 degrees year round."
The road to Devil's Bridge in Sedona was a little rough, but it was good exercise and a beautiful hike.
I got to rappel at Canyon Lake. We also got to see a big horn ram and a tarantula!

Wow! What gorgeous pictures! My kids would have been thrilled to see a tarantula live!
How fun! And you know that you didn't quite leave enough of ALL the details ...
Just enough to encourage emails or phone calls from those who want more info! :-)
