I love holidays. And Easter is no exception.
We had an Easter Egg hunt. We had yummy food.
We read some scriptures about the last week of Christ's life, his death and resurrection.
This life is truly a gift, and there is so much to be grateful for.
The opportunity to repent and start anew is such a miracle.
Thanks for all my friends who helped me celebrate.

Carrie - I flew home to Germany today...so sad I missed a chance to see you, but my time in DC was spent mostly caring for sick kids. UGH... not much of a vacation. I thought about you on Easter, though....So this little Easter post made me want to tell you that!!!
I'm hoping to go back in September...hopefully we can connect then!
