2010 Census

Hopefully you have received your 2010 Census form in the mail. I know things are starting to get busy where I work! :-)

Please respond, as it's a lot more expensive to send someone out for a personal visit.

It's been interesting hearing all the political comments about the government and the Census. I'm still grateful to be a part, and an really grateful for my job. Many days it's even FUN!

I sent mine in on-time full of multiple race and ethnicity responses. I think it's the stupidest question--and I was surprised to see the ethnicity question before the race one this year. I am officially white, African-American (my great-great-grandfather came here from South Africa), Irish, and Ella is also Other: FAST. :-)

Hi Carrie! I hope things stay fun and exciting for you at work. I was there where all this statistics stuff began...at Miller 7!
Good luck!

We got ours and have been counted! Hooray! I was just doing a bunch of research in old censuses (or censi?) and have a great appreciation for their value. I just regret that my future generations won't have a clue what happened to me because I've moved around so much and changed my name!! :)
