AP Statistics

March 26 I was able to go to high school again. I talked some students taking AP Statistics about my education, career in statistics, and the Census. I must say that they were more interested in how much money I made than how we conduct the Census, but it was really fun, and I’m glad that they asked questions. One of the questions asked was if I would be able to do their homework or pass the AP test. I had looked online some at the questions, and had been wondering that very thing myself!

I must say that Las Vegas High school has an impressive view of the city. Too bad I didn’t bring my camera. It’s been a while since I’ve been with my Dad to work, although he’s taken advantage of opportunities over the years to bring us when he could. I distinctly remember being in Idaho (in 2nd or 3rd grade) and getting to try out the flight simulator. Dad was very disappointed that we crashed!
