Sometimes
- You put on bug spray just to get 5 bites in the 10-15 minutes you were out working in the yard.
- You live in Virginia, work in Maryland, but it's those occasional trips to DC when you get your traffic violation ticket.
- You get stuck in the rain and get soaked (not once, but three different times!)
- You get to see the pure joy of a Mother's face when she is in the temple with her son just returning home from a mission.
- You get a gift from a friend.. just because they were thinking of you.
- You get a cavity, and you let them drill.
- You have an old boyfriend come in town and you make the poor decision to re-live some of the what ifs and breakup pain.
- You get confirmation of your upcoming trip to Seattle and can't help but get super giddy.
- You go out to dinner for restaurant week, see Tim McGraw in concert, or spend a perfect day at the beach.
- You get to have Sunday dinner and play games with a former roommate and her super cute kids.
- You get a call from the Department of Commerce Inspector General about the return of government property from an investigation and you know that it may be the last contact you may ever get from any one of many law enforcement people with whom you have many many many contacts with over the last six years.
And sometimes it all happens in one (long) week.

that sounds like a whole lot of livin' for one week and some intense emotional highs and lows, and yet you still can manage to pull off a beautiful lesson on the atonement to boot - way to go!!!
