Step by Step

Well, I've lost ten pounds since I started Weight Watchers the end of April. Yea!

I hope that I can keep it up. It's been good for me to be accountable for what I eat. I have made a drastic cut-back in the amount of sweets I consume, and made an overall effort to eat more healthy. I joined a group at work, so that makes it really convenient to attend meetings. One of the recommended goals is to get in 10,000 steps a day. That's been a good motivator to get in exercise where I can, and throughout the day. So many of my friends have seen success on the program, it seemed like a good option to help remove all the extra weight I have gained this last year (and have had with me for years)!
