After my work trip to Phoenix, I went to Las Vegas for the weekend. I might have gone to Las Vegas anyway, but it helped that it was my mother’s Birthday. :-)
We had a surprise dinner for her Friday night. She may have suspected something, but I think this is the first time we have really ever been able to surprise her. My sister and her family came down from St George. Jake and Cami live in Vegas, and so do Adam, Elizabeth, and Megan right now. We had 17 people for dinner and it was great to see everyone again. My parents have both been losing some weight, and look great.
