A few other adventures during the day were visiting the Tilamook Cheese Factory. (Yes, I got some fudge.)
Near the Cape Mearas Lighthouse is an "Octopus Tree" - with eight main trunks.
I camped again Thursday night - close to the beach.

The octopus tree has to be one of the craziest trees I have ever seen.
