Well, attempts by phone, fax, and personal visit have not been successful to be excused, and my group number was called, SO I guess I am going to Fairfax tomorrow for jury duty. When I first got the summons I thought it was hilarious. Then I was stressed about what to do, given the overlap with my summons to testify in the same court the second week of the two week assignment. I didn't want to postpone the assignment, so after attempts to get excused, I am back to finding it a little humorous again. I'm sure it will be an educational experience.
