National Harbor

I have been wanting to go to the National Harbor for a while and check it out. It’s a new development in Maryland with a convention center, which I see almost every day crossing the bridge on my way into work. (Not that I have been to work much recently, but now that I have used up most all my vacation, I plant to be there regularly again.!) It was a great evening. My friend Charles took me to dinner, we got to see the sunset, the awakenings statue that has been moved there from Haines Point, explore the fountains, listen to an outdoor Summer Concert, and more!
